Regulations on the On-line Shop

This regulation lays down general rules constituting the legal basis for the use of the Service.

I. Definitions

Administrator of the Service - Marketing Handel S. A. Stanisław Jakobiuk owner of a shop on the Patronint domain with its registered office in Tuszyn (95-080) at 3 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street, entered by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Department of the National Court Register under no. 39/2003, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 563 156 19 34.

The Service – an organized IT platform/network created by Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk, that enables users to use IT mechanisms and information developed by Patronint or its partners, as well as other global Internet resources, and the implementation of business operations via the Internet. The Service may be named with equivalent terms as a service (patronint.com).
The User – means any person who in any way uses the Service.

The Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person within the meaning of the Act of the 29th of August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text, The Journal of Laws, 2002, No. 101, item. 926, with further amendments).

The Electronic Services – means services provided by electronic means by Patronint or other entities, on the basis of agreements with Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk.

The Information Services – share content on individual request of a User (by displaying a specified page according to its URL) – it applies to all (sbu)pages of the Service. The subject of the information services are information contained in the Service, including, in particular, short relationship about current events, original materials stemming from the Service and, in particular, press materials. All materials obtained by the User, including, in particular, articles and graphics works, are the subject of the Administrator or third parties’ copyright and are protected on the basis of the law on copyright and related rights and international conventions whose part is the Republic of Poland.

The Communication Services – facilitating communication between Users by providing mechanisms to receive, store and send information.

The Cookies – in order to adapt the content and services to the individual needs and interests of Users of the portal www.patronint.com, we use the so-called cookies, i.e. information stored by the Patron International server on the user's computer, the server can read them every time a User connect with it by means of her/his machine. The Cookies provide statistical data on user traffic and the use of individual subpages within the patronint.com portal. The Cookies are placed in order to monitor the traffic between the patronint.com.pl page and online services that cooperate with us. The User, at any time, may turn off the cookie acceptance option in her/his browser, albeit disabling the cookies may cause inconvenience or even prevent the use of some services within Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk At the same time, Patronint is not responsible for the use of cookies on other websites available for Users with links placed on the patronint.com page.

The Mating People Systems – allow the Users to enter information about themselves and present them in the Service, as well as send and receive messages from/by any other person using the Service.

The Newsletter – Electronic service provided by the administrator of the Service whose content is sending information to the e-mail address introduced by the User.

The Discussion Forum – enable the Users to send their opinion on a subject and publish reviews on selected subpages,

  1. The Users have the right to participate in the online forums that are located in the Service. Access to the forum may require the User to log-in and type her/his password, or participation in a particular marketing programme from Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk.
  2. The Users participating in the forum have the right to the free movement of information, reviews, comments, or other statements, with subject to paragraph 3. The responsibility for the content of information and opinion is borne entirely by the User.
  3. It is unacceptable to post statements that:

    - are in conflict with the law or the principles of social coexistence;
    - infringe the rights of third parties;
    - are vulgar or obscene;
    - promote violence, racial or religious hatred, or are otherwise reprehensible;
    - are advertising.

  4. The administrator has the right to remove statements that are incompatible with paragraph 3, as well as other statements considered burdensome or unnecessary due to the subject matter of a discussion. In addition, in terms of vulgar or obscene expressions, the administrator may, at its discretion, to convert the statement in order to remove items that are incompatible with paragraph 3, and post the revamped statement on the forum.
  5. The Users who commit a violation of paragraph 3 can be permanently deprived of the access to the Internet forum by its administrator. In egregious cases, the prohibition of access can be extended to all online forums on the Service.
  6. The administrator has the right to freely manage the online forum. In particular, he can, without giving reasons, suspend the forum, delete the forum from the Service or change the rules of its functioning, in particular with regard to the mechanism for adding reviews to statements posted on the forum. Pictures, infographics, footage and audio materials along with texts posted on the Service are protected by law on the basis of the law on copyright and related rights and acts of international law.


II. General provisions

This regulation lays down general rules constituting the legal basis for the use of the Service, inclusive of the Newsletter, requiring the Users to comply with them. Detailed regulations on the individual electronic services are provided by the Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk or providers of relevant services on their Webpages that enable the use of these Services. Every user is obliged, from the moment of taking steps to use the Service, to comply with these terms.

III. Complaint Policy

If after receipt of the merchandise the Customer finds a defect in it, she/he has the right, after contact with the online store via e-mail: office@patronint.com, or by phone: 69911715888, to prepare and send the defective product. For the item, please, include the request of the complaint along with the sales document received (a receipt or an invoice). The complaint should contain a description of the defect and the day of its inception. Complaints are dealt with at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the defective product by the online store. In the case of justified complaints, the damaged merchandise, according to the option that is selected by the User, will be repaired or replaced to another, full-value item, and if it is no longer possible (for example, because of exhaustion of stocks of the commodity concerned), the User will receive a refund of the product price or will be proposed to the other store goods in a similar price. Before receiving the shipment, check that the packing is not damaged in transport. In particular, attention should be paid to the condition of the adhesive tapes which the parcel is taped with. In the case where the packaging bears the shipping damage, seems to be opened, or when tapes are broken or non-original, you should not receive the shipment and, in the presence of the courier, draw up a damage report. Writing down the damage report is the responsibility of the courier and he cannot refuse to write it.

IV. Return policy

In accordance with the Act of the 2nd of March, 2000, “For the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”, (2000 No. 22, item 271), the User may refuse the use of the goods purchased in the online shop for no reason, informing about this fact the online store personnel within 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment and returning the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If the User decides to withdraw from the contract, she/he shall contact the online store personnel via email: office@patronint.com, or by phone: 69911715888, and sends back that unsatisfactory product (Satisfaction guarantee or your money back) to the address: Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk, ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 3, PL-95-080 Tuszyn, Poland. The User is obliged to send the product properly packaged along with the completed declaration of withdrawal from the agreement, concluded at a distance, and received sales document (receipt or invoice).

Returned goods must meet the following requirements:

  • have a set of factory-fitted, original paper labels and textile inserts, both internal ones and those attached to the product
  • cannot bear any traces of use
  • must be complete, i.e., contain all the elements, including spare buttons, zippers, etc., if such were attached to the product
  • may not be damaged in any other way

If all of the above conditions for return are met, a refund of the price of the returned item shall occur immediately, not later than within 14 days, through the recognition of the bank account from which the buyer has made payment for the goods.

V. Technical conditions of the provision of services

Appropriate page display service and trouble-free use of electronic services provided through the site http://www.patronint.com/ is possible when the operating system and software the User employs meet the following minimum technical requirements:

  • use the browsers Netscape 6.0, Internet Explorer 5.5 (or later) and Mozilla Firefox 1.5 (or higher), and Google Chrome
  • all browsers should be installed and properly working software to use Java™ scripts and applets
  • to view some of the properties you will need to use Flash 5 (or higher versions), Quicktime, Acrobat Reader
  • the Website is optimized for a resolution of 1024 × 768

VI. The conditions for the conclusion and termination of agreements for the provision of services by electronic means.


Contract for the provision of information services is concluded at the time when the User introduces in a browser a corresponding Internet addresses of selected Web pages that contain the content made available as part of the Service or take advantage of the diversion to such areas of the Service; and terminated at the time of departure from the Service.
Conclusion and termination of contracts for the provision of other services provided by Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk shall be subject to the provisions of the specific regulations, referred to above, available on the websites that allow the use of these services.

VII. Newsletter

Patronint provides the free Newsletter, on the principles set out in these terms and conditions. Before agreeing to use the Newsletter service, the User should carefully read the terms.

The Newsletter is a free service, designed to inform the Users about actions and marketing promotions, contests, loyalty programs, events and news about products or Patronint’ services, through the periodic sending information of the Service, selected by the administrator, in the form of e-mail.

Ordering the Newsletter service shall be effected by the registration or recording to the Newsletter on the Service by giving the User email address. The commercial information will only concern the Service administrator and entities cooperating with him. The ordered Newsletter is sent only to the email address provided by the User.
Patronint will not share e-mail addresses assigned to him to third parties. User registration on the site is an expression of her/his consent to receive the free Newsletter.

The user has the right, at any time, to unsubscribe from the Newsletter. You can cancel your subscription using the deactivating link, visible in the content of each Newsletter sent.
The deletion of the user's mail account regarding the address database shall be immediate, and a confirmation message is signalled after the operation.
Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk reserves the right to:

  • send ads and commercial information via the Newsletter within the meaning of the Act of the 18th of July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (2002, No. 144, item 1204), to the user's email account,
  • temporarily disable the Newsletter service, if it is necessary for technical reasons (for example, maintenance, modification or repair system),
  • changes in the regulations without having to inform the Users,
  • discontinue the provision of the Newsletter service after informing the Users, without giving any reason,
  • delete a user’s account, when she/he shows no activity on the Website, or has violated these terms and conditions, or the law of the Republic of Poland.

VIII. Responsibility for the use of the Service.

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk reserves the right to unilaterally decide on the content of the Service, on the changes and modifications, without prior notice to the Users regarding its intentions. The user shall ensure that she/he will use the service, both in terms of reception and transmission of information, only in a manner consistent with applicable law, principles of social coexistence and decency, and with respect for intellectual property rights.

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk stipulates that the use of the Service is done solely at the expense and risk of the User, makes no warranties that her/his use will be without errors, defects or interruptions, and that the results of searching on the Internet will meet expectations of the User as to the substantive content, accuracy or usefulness of the information obtained, unless such a guarantee has been clearly formulated in any document signed by Patronint.

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk is not responsible for any consequences of using information obtained through the Service, in particular, the consequences of measures taken on the basis of the User’s decisions in the field of financial management, health care, upbringing and education of children, forms of spending leisure time and all other aspects of life activity. Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk is not responsible for any interruption of the Service resulting from the need for expansion, reconfiguration or replacement of the hardware and software. Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk is not responsible for interruption in the functioning of the Service arising from the disruption of Web link functioning and other, independent from him, interruptions in the operation of the Service, that may affect the use of the Service.

IX. Intellectual property rights

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk, offering access to information distributed through the Service, pays special attention to the need to respect intellectual property rights.
Patronint informs that the Service contains documents protected by copyright, trademarks, and other original materials, in particular, texts, images, graphics, sounds and videos; selection and arrangement of the Service content is a self-contained matter of intellectual property.
Among the documents made available through the Service, the User can find documents protected by copyright to Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk, as well as documents for which copyrights wield other entities, and are distributed on the Internet by Patronint on the basis of the existing legislation and agreements, including licensing agreements.
The Users undertake to use any content presented solely in terms of her/his own personal use. Copying, changes, transmission, public performance, and any use of the content for commercial purposes are prohibited.
The Users shall ensure that any use, by the Service, of materials copyrighted to third parties, including their copying, transfer and communication to the public on the Internet, is done with the approval of the qualified bodies. The Users shall remain solely responsible for any damages resulting from their behaviour contrary to the above.
The Users, by sharing materials through the Service, agree to its use by other users for their personal use; Patronint guarantees the right to edit, copy, and distribute these materials.

X. Privacy protection

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk fully respects the User’s right to privacy and the protection of personal data. The aim of Herbamedicus is to provide through the Service access to as much information and services as needed, with the smallest possible interference in the sphere of their privacy.
Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk hereby warns the Users that, in the case of the use of certain types of products or services offered on the Website, they may be asked to provide a specified range of personal details, that will be collected and used by Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk in accordance with the rules described below and the privacy policy of the Service: http://www.patronint.com/politykaprywatnosci.

XI Collection and use of information

The Users may be asked to provide information, including personal data, in particular, when they participate in all kinds of promotions, contests, polls, games or lotteries, organized by Patronint alone or under the auspices of Patronint, and when they use a wide range of services, including online shopping, participation in online chatting, providing specific information selected by the Users, and any other personalized activities within the Service.

Providing information, including personal data, may also require to report the issues related to the use of the Service to Patron International, yet Patron International reserves the right to hold a copy of the correspondence.
The detailed rules for the collection and use of the information, including personal details, are set out in the privacy policy of the Service http://www.patronint.com/politykaprywatnosci.

Transfer of information
As a general rule, Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk collects information about the Users, including their personal data, exclusively for its own use. However, data given by the User can be shared with other entities authorized by law. The transmission of this information to third parties, however, has the nature of an exception, and is proceeded after obtaining the consent of the Users, or if it is required by the provisions of the applicable law, as well as in cases of legally justified purposes specified below. Patronint reserves the right to provide information, including the Users’ personal data, after having informed them, in situations where any services or products offered by the service are run in co-operation with other bodies.
Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk also has the right to communicate information about the Users to current and potential business partners, current and potential advertisers, but only in the form of an anonymous notification, characterising the population of the Users of the Service, for the purpose of carrying out scientific research, teaching, historical or statistical investigations.

XII Protection of Personal Data

Concerning the provision of individual services, Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk processes the information, being non-personal yet necessary for the provision of these services. Providing by the User her/his personal details may be necessary to make the given service feasible – then, the form for this type of data will also contains relevant records specifying how to use the data in question by Patronint.

The administrator of the data, collected through the Website, is Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk, unless the rules placed directly on the Personal data collection form is otherwise. Each user has the right to access her/his personal data and correct them, object to the data processing, in the cases referred to article 23 section 1 paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Act of the 29th of August, 1997, on the protection of personal data (consolidated text, The Journal of Laws, 2002, No. 101, item 926, with further amendments), when the administrator intends to process the data for marketing purposes or to pass the data to another data controller, as well as the right to a written, reasoned request to stop processing of the data due to her/his specific situation, in the cases referred to article 23 section 1 paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Act.

Ensuring the right to choose for the User, and information security
The principle is that the personal data is provided voluntarily by the User, unless they are necessary to provide the Service – then, their suppression will be equivalent with the User’s declaration of termination of the agreement for the provision of the service by Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk.

All Users of the Service are guaranteed the right to choose, related to the scope of sharing of their personal data by Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk. In any situation, where the Users will not want to pass this information, they may opt out of participating in such Service activities that require them to provide the personal details.

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk ensures that it will act with due diligence in order to ensure adequate protection of all transferred information, including personal details, so that the use of the Service is as secure as possible for the Users. Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk points out that each User is responsible for keeping information related to access to the Service (in particular, relevant passwords) secret, and any voluntary publication of the personal data on the Internet is at her/his sole risk and may result in the use of data in a way that is unwanted by the User.

In the event of redirects on a portal administered by another entity, administration of your personal details is done at your own risk. In such situation, this agreement has no application, and the Users are advised to check the privacy policy developed by that administrator.

XIII. Additional provisions

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk does not assume any liability, in particular, civil, criminal and administrative, for the use of the Service in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of these Regulations.
Patronint reserves the right to unilaterally make changes and modifications to this document. The use of the Service after Patronint makes the changes will be equivalent to be with an expression of acceptance for them. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us:

The information contained in the Service does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Customer who places an order by using the mechanisms available on the online store's website, consists of an offer to purchase a particular item under the conditions stated in the product description.

User Comments

The User can post her/his opinions on goods, services, and Patronint. Condition of the placement of User reviews on the Service is to provide her/his personal details (name, address, e-mail). Patronint can publish the reviews on the Website after the correct identification of the author’s details.

The User agrees, when using the Service, to comply with the legislation and the provisions of these Regulations.
The User acknowledges that the content of the Service is for information and illustration purposes only and, in particular, does not constitute an offer, or an invitation to bargain.

Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk is not responsible for the content of the Users’ statements, posted on the Service, and does not edit their content, however, Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk reserves the right to remove them, in whole or in part, in cases where the statement:

  • violates human dignity, personal rights or decency;
  • violates the copyright, patent, trade secrets or other rights of third parties;
  • contains the content of a discriminatory nature, in particular on the basis of race, gender or nationality;
  • wounds religious or political beliefs;
  • threatens physical, mental or moral development of minors;
  • fosters behaviour that threaten health, safety or protection of the environment;
  • is advertising or contains any other type of information or material of a commercial nature;
  • promotes a pyramid sales system;
  • contains personal information, contact details or e-mail addresses;
  • is written in the form of offensive or vulgar expressions.


This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication on Patron International Website. Marketing Handel S.A. Stanisław Jakobiuk reserves the right to change these terms, at any time, by posting their updated version on the Service. Referring to matters not governed by these terms and conditions, shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant laws.
